Debito is an informational and educational tool, not a licensed financial advisor. The projections, payoff dates, and strategy comparisons it produces are estimates based on the figures you enter and simplifying assumptions. They may differ from your actual results. Debito does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the debt figures you enter.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Debito for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Access or interfere with other users' data.

No warranty

Debito is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that calculations are error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Debito and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including financial decisions made based on its output.

Termination

You may stop using Debito and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
